No goods will be accepted for return by SGD unless previously authorised in writing and a returns number has been issued. Any goods returned without an SGD returns number will be refused. Please contact the office on +353 1 8357447 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Strictly 60 days following Month End on all approved accounts unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay within the agreed terms without prejudice to any of the seller’s rights may result in suspension of deliveries of any goods to the buyer. We also reserve the right to forward your account to third party to commence with legal action.
UK orders under £250 will be charged carriage at a cost of £15.00; orders over this value will be delivered FOC.
NI orders under £200 will be charged carriage at a cost of £9.00; orders over this value will be delivered FOC.
ROI orders under £250 will be charged carriage at a cost of €13.50; orders over this value will be delivered FOC.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Our courier companies hold proof of delivery records for three months, therefore we cannot process claims for POD’s later than three months from the date of invoice.
DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
In the event of goods being lost/short delivered or damaged in transit SGD must be informed in writing within 2 working days from the date of delivery. SGD must be notified in writing of the particulars of this, in order to validate a claim, quoting the picking list number.
Ownership of all goods supplied not withstanding delivery to the purchaser shall remain the property of SGD Ltd until full payment has been received for the goods. In the event of a default in payment the company reserves the right to repossess the goods without final notice.
In the event that goods that have been supplied by SGD are deemed to be faulty, SGD shall replace these free of charge. SGD shall not be liable for any secondary costs incurred.
Although every care has been taken with the dimensions, SGD can not be held responsible for any discrepancies.
